Bio
Vashonda Sherra is an LA based multi instrumentalist, singer songwriter, and open format dj for festivals, conferences, private, & corporate events. She has opened for Big Freedia, Laith Ashley, Icona Pop, Avant, Dave Hollister, Angie & Debbie Winans, & Shirley Ceaser to name a few. Her ability to play any genre from rock n roll, r&b, jazz, funk, soul, country & musical theater makes her the perfect addition to any band, or show!
She plays with Morris Mills, Cheri Moon, Shiragirl, and the all female tribute band Sheblime.
Vashonda has partnered up with Music Cares, She Is The Music, Black Wallstreet’s Juneteenth, Route 66 Marathon & has graced the stages of The Avalon Hollywood, Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, The Mint LA, The Peppermint Club, Whiskey A Go-Go & more!
In addition, her solo act is befitting for any size venue from house concerts to arenas. Vashonda specializes in providing a combo DJ/Keyboardist package with vocals and/or Emcee,Host for an additional fee.
