- Ensure guest satistaction and the success of the VIP program whether working collaboratively on a team or managing independently

- Assist with backstage tours, soundchecks, and artist meet & greets by ushering guests and taking photos using guest devices or provided camera such as iPad or DSLR camera

- Discuss security and safety protocols with security team, work with venue management to identify the best location for VIP check-ins, lines, and lounges

- Resolve VIP package purchase issues such as transfers and third party purchases

- Check-in VIP guests via Zkipster or guest list and direct them to the appropriate areas such as the VIP lounge, VIP lines, merch, etc.

- Utilize Admit One to verify GA/VIP purchases at will call, sell tickets and upgrades

- Handle artists' personal guest lists and act as a liaison between guests and tour contacts

- Assemble, distribute, and take inventory of VIP packages

- Set up, decorate, break down VIP lounges including artist memorabilia, backdrops, photobooths, etc.

- Assist with load in/out and communicate with tour reps or venue management for general needs

- Have knowledge of the VIP program, venue, and times to accurately answer guest questions

- Administer and verify Covid tests for VIP guests participating in meet & greets/backstage tours

General pricing breakdown:

• 4-5 hours (half day): $100
• 8 hours (full day): $150-175
• Festivals/tours/multi-day concerts: $200+ per day

*Prices negotiable (artist, hours, venue, per diem/travel included, etc.)
