Flames of Durga is an all-female rock n’ roll trio fronted by twin sisters Béah and Cecilia Romero, who grew up in the LA neighborhoods of Echo Park and Silverlake writing songs together since childhood. After surviving a shared near death experience, the sisters formed the band with a renewed sense of purpose — channeling raw energy, heavy riffs, and songs of empowerment into every performance. Now joined by powerhouse drummer Alejandra Robles Luna (Le Butcherettes, Coco Vera), Flames of Durga delivers an electrifying live show rooted in grit, soul, and fearless intensity. The band recorded their self-titled debut album at Rancho de la Luna with producer Dave Catching (Queens of the Stone Age), recently released singles produced by Alex Newport (At The Drive-In, The Mars Volta, Bloc Party), and is currently preparing to enter the studio to record their highly anticipated sophomore album.
