Why Work With Me? I am currently working at The University of The Pacific as an Arts and Entertainment event coordinator. With hands-on experience in event management and a deep understanding of industry trends, I ensure every detail of the event I coordinate has a purpose. 🤘 Leading an event management team, using Microsoft Suite to plan the execution of music, cultural, and educational events ranging from 10 to 2,500 attendees.
🤘Scout, screen, and book talent, staying up to date with industry trends and audience preferences. 🤘Conduct market research on the best practices of event development, management, and promotion.
🤘Assist with all on-site demands such as speaker set up, ushering, stage-hand, and soundboard.
🤘Optimize a budget of $100,000 for live music events, and used this to gain a significant increase in student attendance to campus music events.
🤘Adhere to a strict schedule, anticipating project deadlines, months before the event. Managing pre-planning, run of show, digital and physical marketing.
🤘Digital and on-site communication for University high profile events and concerts, with artists like Doechii, Kaash Paige, BLXST and Destiny Rogers.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Mia has been using LogicPro to produce her own music since middle school, shaping the essence of navigating early adulthood with electric guitars, bright synthesizers, and multi-layered vocals. Now in college, Mia attends the University of the Pacific as a Music Industry Studies major. She manages live music events as an event programmer with ASUOP Arts and Entertainment and works at festivals such as Outside Lands and the Kilby Block Party. In addition to event management, Mia Estelle has opened for breakout R&B artist Jordan Ward and Grammy-winning artist Doechii as part of the alternative duo “Zee.” Mia has also made a lasting impression on the University of the Pacific's student-run record label, Pac Ave Records. She has released two singles and serves as Vice President of Marketing, where she has developed a multi-phase marketing plan for over 10 projects, covering PR, branding, website updates, and playlist pitching.
