I'm a doer. A Latinx community producer, project manager, and leader advocating for independent artists in NYC. A problem solver, strategist, and web analyst, passionate about music, media, and tech.

In 2023, www.hi.fi.com joined TIDAL.com/forartists, where I continue championing financial rights in the music industry. Before that, I worked as an IBM Business Analytics and Technical Sales Specialist.

Also known as Boss Selektah, I collect and DJ early Jamaican music and Latin records. Recently, I started managing the Rocksteady Soul All-Stars from Colombia, www.TheToughers.com. I'm also a proud member of www.bywmncollective.com

From 2020-2022, I ran the HIFI Diversity Program and www.EmpowerArtists.com, providing microgrants to BIPOC artists, managers, and producers with access to office hours to ensure financial efficiency across their careers.

In 2019, I co-founded www.urbanostreet.com station, a 501(c)3 nonprofit capturing multicultural and alternative artists’ expressions in the streets. I served as the 2019-2023 Executive Director and the 2023 U Street Music Fest producer.

I hold an MS in Media Management from The New School, a double major, and a BS degree in Business Information Systems and Science, Technology & Society from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).
