About Book Kat Cunning

Kat Cunning (they/them) is an accomplished screen and stage talent, writer and recording artist who got their start in New York's underground dance, sideshow, poetry and immersive theater nightlife. Most notably, Cunning’s Broadway debut (2016) was made as Emilie in Liaison Dangereuses (Janet McTeer, Liev Schreiber) followed by Cirque du Soleil’s Paramour while their off-broadway alums include Sleep No More, Bowery Poetry Club and Company XIV. In 2020 they signed to LAVA (Republic Records) and went on to support sold out tours for LP and Verite while MC’ing and starring in esteemed productions at the Paradise Club, NY and the Faena Arts District, Miami. As a songwriter, Kat’s collaborations include AMY WADGE (Ed Sheeran), Justin Parker (Lana del Rey) and Johnny Lattimer. Ant Clemmons (Kanye, H.E.R.), Anwar Sawyer (Audrey Nuna) and Kflay.
