HMUA based in NOHO, mobile services and in house services at a NOHO Arts District photography studio. Discounts applied when booking both HMUA and studio rental. Base rate starts at $200 in-house and $250 starting price for location but prices vary based upon your project! Samantha Chapman is a UK Makeup and Hair artist based in Los Angeles. Academy trained, COVID-19 compliant, specialising in the entertainment industry and SFX with over six years experience. Samantha is available to travel on location and can put together a team upon request. Do you have a project in mind?
