You’ve Built a Career You’re Proud Of. Now What’s Next?
You’ve put in the years, navigated the highs and lows, and made a name for yourself in music. But now, you’re asking: Where do I go from here?
As an executive coach for women in music, I work with experienced professionals—corporate leaders, business owners, and consultants—who are driving strategy, leading teams, or making bold career moves. You’re ambitious, talented, and ready for more. But what more looks like—and how to get there—can feel unclear.
That’s where I come in as a certified coach and former music industry exec with over 20 years experience.
You might be:
✔️ An executive in live music, artist management, labels, PR, publishing, DSPs, or music tech—but feeling stuck, undervalued, or overlooked.
✔️ Ready to step into bigger opportunities—but second-guessing if you’re truly ready.
✔️ Considering a career shift—a new role, company, or transition into leadership.
✔️ Launching your own business or consultancy after a layoff—navigating both excitement and uncertainty.
✔️ Passionate about your work—but struggling with boundaries, balance, or burnout.
✔️ Seen as successful by others—but still battling imposter syndrome or questioning what’s next.
If this resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone, either.

About the seller
Sarah
Hello, I'm Sarah and and I am a former music exec turned Executive Coach, helping experienced women in music navigate career transitions, leadership challenges, and the next big move- whether that’s stepping into a senior role, launching a business, or finding clarity in their career.
My Why?
I’ve seen firsthand how the music industry sidelines women. That’s why I coach women to step into their power and shape the future of music - paid fairly, treated with respect, and heard.
My Journey in Music
20+ years in music—starting in a record store, creating audio shows for airlines, interviewing bands, and reviewing gigs. I spent over a decade at major labels: BMG, Sony Music, and EMI in high-pressure business development roles, often as the only woman in the room. I’ve worked in a famous recording studio, handled merch for Live Nation, and even created branded Harry Styles swag for VIP Nation.
After years in music, I craved a career that aligned with my values and reignited my passion. My purpose? Supporting women in music to achieve their dreams.
My Path to Coaching
Moving from London to LA was a turning point. I retrained as a certified & accredited coach, upholding the ICF code of ethics to create a coaching partnership built on equity, integrity, and trust.
Now based in New York, I coach women in music globally—from corporate executives to independent consultants and business owners. And I absolutely love what I do.
My Coaching Style
I bring a unique blend of business expertise, intuition, and deep empathy to my work. My coaching style is warm, honest, and insightfully supportive. Coaching with me isn’t just about career goals; it’s about stepping into who you really are, without the noise, the self-doubt, or the industry politics getting in the way. If you’ve ever wished for a strategic partner who’ll back you, challenge you, and remind you just how capable you are - you’re in the right place.
I’m big-hearted and deeply intuitive, but I won’t let you hide from the real stuff to help you uncover what’s holding you back. Our sessions will be a mix of deep insight, direct feedback, and the kind of support that pushes you forward, and not just makes you feel good in the moment. We’ll laugh, we’ll get real, and you’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a plan that’s truly yours.
My Mission as an Executive Coach
I’m fiercely committed to advancing women in music—not just in name, but in leadership, influence, and pay equity. The stats don’t lie—the industry still has a long way to go.
I coach women who are ready to amplify their leadership, build successful businesses, become sought-after consultants, and own their worth—financially, professionally, and personally. My work isn’t just about helping women survive in this industry; it’s about helping them thrive, lead, and earn on their terms.
My coaching is for all women in music, including trans women, non-binary people, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. In my coaching space, your identity is respected, your pronouns are honoured, and you’ll always be met with genuine support.
My Life Outside Coaching
London-born, now New York-based, where I live with my amazing wife. I walk my own path, sometimes in white Converse at a black-tie event, sometimes leading Dave Grohl to a late-night bar in Stockholm, but always with purpose.
I’m a straight-talking, big-hearted, adventure-seeking coach who believes in lifting women up, laughing often, and never accepting the boys’ club as the status quo.
A Brit in Brooklyn, I’m as passionate about breaking glass ceilings as I am about cheese, wine, and the occasional whale or hummingbird sighting.
