As an award-winning event and media producer with over 20 years of experience, I’m passionate about cultivating high-profile events, transformative programs, and partnerships that strengthen community engagement, social change, and the arts. A creative visionary, skilled facilitator and emcee, I've pioneered and directed events, conferences, festivals, media platforms, and concerts with A-List talent while fostering collaboration, funding, and strategic development.

In my recent programmatic and collaborative work, I have served as the founder and CEO of See Jane Do, an award-winning multimedia platform to amplify women’s voices, provide resources and tools and programming to close the gender gap and strengthen relationships between leaders within the movement. I co-founded and co-led 50 Women Can Change the World in Media and Entertainment, a game-changing leadership and movement-building program & cohort that supports women in redefining power and creating a new blueprint for the industry, and 100 Women Change Hollywood, in addition to Indivisible Women, where I co-directed the member-based program, partnered with community-based organizations, and organized our monthly convenings. More recently, I was part of the ERA Coalition team overseeing Equal Voice | Equal Future, focusing on strengthening our coalition of over 300 member-based organizations through programming, training and development, external affairs, strategic campaigns, event production, partnership, and fund development.

My superpowers include being a master connector, magic maker, visionary, and collaborator. I thrive by creating inclusive experiences that bring people together with a sense of belonging and the possibility of showing up through their passion for themselves and each other.
