Hi, I’m Sarah. I'm an executive coach and former music exec, and I’m here because I care deeply about helping women in the music industry trust themselves, back themselves, and build careers they’re proud of.

I’ve spent over twenty years in this business, and I’ve seen how tough it can be for women to rise when the egos are loud, the pressure is high, and the rules feel like they’re written by someone else. I’m not here to tell anyone how to “fix” themselves. I’m here to stand beside women, hold space, ask the right questions, and help them get clear on what they really want; not what the industry tells them they should want.

Women come to me when they feel stuck, overlooked, or disconnected from their confidence. Together, we create the clarity, courage, and momentum they need to move forward in a way that feels true to them.
