I believe that visual storytelling is the language of the world and that it can be our greatest tool in feeling connected to one another. I'm an artist / photographer based in Los Angeles. I have my BFA in Photography + Imaging from Art Center College of Design and have vast experience shooting both editorially as well as commercially. I love working with other creatives and musicians/artists at all stages in their career. I'm heavily focused on visual story telling through creating narrative and concept based images. I have always been more interested in showing what an experience felt like rather than just showing what something looked like. Images are made up of the base layer of data and literal information, but I always want my images to go beyond that layer, and show the emotional experience of what a moment feels like. Photography lets you take an experience and express it in such a way that it is felt as a human story, and not just specific to one individual person or context. As human beings we all tap into the same emotions, and as an artist I love the challenge of translating those emotions into visuals.
