Bio
Hi! I'm Kelly O'Brien (that's me in the yellow dress), the artistic genius behind Coastal Click Photography. I live, work, and play in south Florida.
I started my career as a wedding photographer in 1992, capturing more than 100 weddings as a second shooter for a local wedding photography studio. Eventually I ventured out to start my own photography business. Over the past 11 years, I expanded my portfolio to include corporate and charity events, conferences, tradeshows, and business portraits. While my first love has always been photography, I actually earned a dual degree in Marketing & Management, so I understand what types of photos are key to your marketing success.
I've also enjoyed a great career as a pageant contestant, coach, and producer, and I've even dabbled in modeling and television. That has given me the unique perspective of having spent time on both sides of a camera lens. I know that being photographed can be somewhat stressful and awkward, so it's my goal to help you feel at ease! I can share some great tips to help you look and feel your best for your big photo session!
When I'm not doing photography stuff, you'll find me hanging at home with my amazing wife and our two dogs, browsing Pinterest for cool DIY projects, or kayaking/snorkeling at the beach. I love Lilly Pulitzer outfits, seahorses, and sour apple martinis!
