Our team is led by its namesake Destinee Aaliyah; an artist and business woman alike who’s dedicated her life’s work towards increasing the synergy and equity between the creative and administrative sides of the business. We at DAE LLC believe there is a lot of gold to mine in blurring those lines by having creatives led, managed, and developed by other creatives. Our work has proven that having industry professionals who understand how the art is made and artists who understand how the business is conducted makes for improved workflow, higher job satisfaction, and optimal results.
