Mona Freaka are your cool sisters – an all female band of Teen Indie Melodic Riot Grrrls out of Woodstock, New York USA. Formed from having met at a local rock school program, Roxy, Shea, Jill & Gemma have played shows with punk bands, indie & grunge acts, Moon Unit Zappa (!), and this Spring and Summer are playing in Los Angeles, doing shows in New York with Wheatus, The Skatalites, The Darts, & heading to the UK to play the 30th Annual Rebellion Festival in August, with additional dates surrounding the festival throughout England & Scotland.

Our "Pucker & Pout" EP is now out self-released on limited edition 12" 45 RPM Pink Vinyl & USB Cassette, with 7 more songs recorded and being released over the next several months. The record is available directly through us, or at Amoeba Records in Hollywood!
