About Awoo - Digital Artist

#I'm a New York based illustrator​,​ and I go by Awoo! ### I'm a bisexual woman and am a full time freelance illustrator. I go by Awoo as my established moniker and brand online​,​ and am in the process of extending my audience. I've been an artist since I was very young​,​ and continued honing my drawing and painting skills in university. I didn't go into digital mediums until 2020​,​ and everything I know is self-taught. My preferred program is Clip Studio Pro​,​ but I'm also practiced in Adobe. I've worked with local punk​,​ metal​,​ and progressive bands on mascots​,​ logos​,​ merchandise designs​,​ and album covers. I've become the go-to artist for the scene here in NY​,​ but I've also worked with streamers​,​ content creators​,​ and graphic novel companies. I'm also well versed in poster designs​,​ merchandise designs​,​ character designs​,​ and story boarding. I hope to work with you in the near future​,​ and would be thrilled to work with more bands who put womxn in the front lines!
