Jen Carlson is the founder of Revival Agency, a women-owned digital agency specializing in Shopify, Squarespace, ecommerce strategy, SEO, and website development. With more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing and web development, she has helped businesses, nonprofits, artists, and entrepreneurs build and grow their online presence through thoughtful design, technical expertise, and data-driven strategy.

A Shopify Partner since 2010, Jen has worked with brands ranging from independent startups to nationally recognized organizations, leading projects that span ecommerce, user experience, analytics, content strategy, and platform migrations. She is known for translating complex technical challenges into practical solutions that help clients achieve measurable results.

Outside of her agency work, Jen is a musician, founding member of the punk band Bad Cop/Bad Cop, and currently performs with Build A Rocket and the Angry Amputees.
